MATARAT Holding Company has signed a Memorandum of understanding with the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Chapter to establish a framework between the two parties to capitalize on experiences, knowledge, and information, as well as enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

In presence of several representatives from Holding Company and the Institute, the MoU was signed by Eng. Turki Almubadal, Executive Vice President of Projects & Technical Affairs at MATARAT Company, while the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Saudi Arabia Chapter was represented by Eng. Bader Burshaid, President of the Institute’s Chapter in the Kingdom . in the presence of several representatives of the Holding Company and the Institute.

This memorandum comes within the framework of MATARAT Holding's efforts to raise the efficiency and competence level of Project Management practitioners among the employees of MATARAT and its subsidiaries through supporting and encouraging PMI-KSA accredited training courses for MATARAT and its subsidiaries members including in-house training. And to transfer and disseminate Project management knowledge between project managers inside and outside the Kingdom through site visits accredited by both parties. And to develop and adopt an integrated methodology to link project managers in MATARAT.  its subsidiaries through the local and international professional development channels by participating in the accredited events in Saudi Arabia and overseas.

It is noteworthy that the Project Management Institute (PMI) - Saudi Arabia Chapter is a contributor to the development of the project management sector throughout the Kingdom, spreading culture, and promoting distinguished practices by empowering project management practitioners and providing them with the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary to excel in the profession.
